Balaknath family has been serving public welfare and saints for a very long time.

At the age of just 6, his family sent him to Mahant Kheta Nath to get spiritual education. Baba Kheta Nath had named him Gurumakh in his childhood. After receiving education from Mahant Khetanath, he came to Mahant Chandnath. Seeing his childlike nature, Baba Chandnath started calling him Balaknath. Mahant Chandnath chose him as his successor on 29 July 2016. Mahant Balak Nath Yogi is the eighth saint of the Nath sect of Hindu religion. Balak Nath Yogi is also the Chancellor of Baba Mastnath University.
